B. Search For Properties Online
Conveniently located on our website you may view pictures, analyze comparable homes, and get all the detailed information that you’ll need before scheduling for a showing. Once you’ve identified a potential home, an offer will be discussed, agreed, and submitted for you. Once your offer has been accepted by the Sellers, we will open escrow the next business day.
C. Open Escrow
Escrow is opened with $1,000 – $10,000 earnest money, depending on the amount of the home. During this process all inspections, documentations, and contingencies are performed.
